Skill

- 10-20 years of experience in strategic sourcing, global sourcing, or procurement management within the BPO industry.
- Manage global sourcing activities for direct and indirect categories, including category management, stakeholder management, and procurement planning.
- Solid understanding of indirect sourcing principles and practices related to IT services & consulting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively at all levels.




- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiencies across various industries (BPO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for shared services and outsourcing initiatives that drive business value.
- Lead e-sourcing events such as reverse auctions, spot buys, and other digital marketplace transactions to optimize supplier performance.
