Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/ M.E./M.Tech Mechanical, Operations

Experience: 15 to 18 Years (Min 10 Yrs Sourcing or Purchasing)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead dynamic team responsible for developing & implementing strategic sourcing plans.

· To play a key role in development of proto parts & series parts for current products.

· Sourcing of BOC like Castings, Fasteners, Proprietary Parts, Hoses, Machined parts, Polymer, Rubber, Special process and HT process.

· Sourcing of MRO.

· Identify and introduce potential vendors/suppliers for achieving cost effective purchases of materials; achieve reduction in prices and timely delivery.

· Evaluating, selecting, and recommending new vendors.

· Experience in costing, negotiations, Provision, Incoterms & Supplementary working.

· Monitoring market trends, regular indexing.

· Supplier management for share of business, robust supplier relationship, supplier reconciliation.





· Should be technically strong person and have a strong inclination toward sourcing.

· Create and implement best practice sourcing processes, and procedures to add and improve business performance.

· Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.

· Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.

· Spend Analysis.

· Reviewing, assessing, approving & developing vendor base based on set parameters

· Cost saving projects Implementation and Monitoring with weekly reports

· Experience in SAP MM module.

· Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports Preparation.
