Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, transfer, and reconciliation of construction materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory records in the ERP system and maintain real-time stock updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment and inter-site material transfers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and support internal and external audits.
- Control excess, damaged, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and recommend disposal or redistribution.
- Maintain complete documentation, including GRNs, challans, material issue slips, transfer notes, and inventory records.
- Ensure implementation of FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Supervise store personnel, warehouse operations, housekeeping, and overall store discipline.
- Prepare MIS reports on inventory, stock ageing, material consumption, reconciliation, and audit observations.
- Manage scrap inventory and coordinate approved disposal activities in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory regulations, safety standards, and internal control systems.




- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability and operational efficiency.
- Be accountable for inventory accuracy, material security, documentation integrity, operational compliance, and audit readiness across all assigned stores.

Mandatory Skills: 1. Robust knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, RMC, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, etc.).

1. ERP-based inventory management and stock reconciliation.
2. Warehouse operations, material documentation, and inventory audits.
3. Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.
4. Team handling and coordination across multiple project sites.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

1. Knowledge of ISO procedures and inventory control systems.
2. Experience in central warehouse management.
3. Ability to optimize inventory levels and reduce material wastage.
