A BigBasket Dark Store Manager is responsible for managing the complete operations of a dark store (a fulfillment center used for online grocery orders).

Key responsibilities include

- Managing daily store operations, including inbound, picking, packing, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.

- Ensuring order fulfillment within SLA/TAT targets and maintaining high order accuracy.

- Inventory management, stock audits, cycle counts, shrinkage control, and replenishment planning.

- Manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance, training, and team development.

- Monitoring store KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, hygiene standards, and company policies.





- Conducting root cause analysis for operational issues and implementing corrective actions.

- Coordinating with delivery partners, vendors, and regional operations teams.

- Managing store profitability, wastage control, and operational costs.
