We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the inventory, purchasing, storage, and daily store operations of our restaurant.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely availability of food and beverage supplies, controlling wastage, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining proper documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily store and inventory operations of the restaurant
- Receive and verify food, beverage, packaging, cleaning materials, and other supplies
- Check quantity, quality, expiry dates, and condition of incoming materials
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and remaining
- Issue raw materials and other supplies to the kitchen and restaurant departments as required
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels
- Monitor stock consumption and identify unusual usage or discrepancies
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate with the purchase team and suppliers for timely procurement
- Check purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and received materials
- Maintain proper storage conditions and follow FIFO and FEFO procedures
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize food wastage and stock losses
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the store
- Ensure proper segregation and storage of food and non-food items
- Coordinate with the kitchen, restaurant operations, accounts, and management teams




- Monitor vendor deliveries and report shortages, damages, or quality issues
- Maintain proper documentation of all inventory movements
- Assist management in controlling food cost and inventory-related expenses

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant store or inventory management
- Experience in the restaurant, hotel, cafe, or hospitality industry preferred
- Valuable knowledge of food and beverage inventory management
- Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO inventory systems
- Basic knowledge of purchase and vendor management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with POS, inventory management, or restaurant management software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and minimize wastage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible approach to handling inventory
