Location: Lucknow / Kanpur

What We're Looking For

- Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and customer service
- Ability to build robust customer relationships and deliver personalized shopping experiences
- Prior experience in retail, luxury, footwear, or fashion sales is preferred
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting premium footwear and styling solutions
- Deliver an exceptional in-store luxury shopping experience
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
- Managing the complete branch.
