We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Executive to efficiently manage store operations and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, electronic components, battery cells, and finished goods.

Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and invoices.

Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock records.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software and MS Excel.

Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.

Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management practices.

Maintain proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.

Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Purchase, and Accounts departments.

Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the store area.

Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports for management.

Ensure safe handling and storage of battery cells and electronic components.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Store Management and Inventory Control.

Experience in GRN, stock reconciliation, material issue, and documentation.

Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.

Understanding of FIFO, inventory audits, and warehouse operations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.

Experience in Electronics, Electrical, Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
