Position: Store Executive

Location: Konanakunte, Bengaluru

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our women's apparel retail team. The ideal candidate will deliver an excellent shopping experience, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and support day-to-day store operations while contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection and styling.
- Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service.
- Manage billing and POS transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock displays.
- Replenish inventory and assist with stock management.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns.
- Support smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and inventory management.
- Presentable, enthusiastic, and passionate about fashion.
- Willing to work flexible retail shifts.
