Designation Executive Store Job Location: Ahmedabad Department Production Grade/ Level Direct Reporting To: MD Direct Reportees New Position/ Back Fill: New No. Of Openings 1 Job Purpose: The candidate shall be responsible for Managing production store and logistic operations.

Responsibilities Responsible for: Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.

Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS for inward-outward & Stock, other report to top management.

Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies, stock rotation with maintain of Minimum Order level and coordinate the disposal of surpluses. Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment.

Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized

Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom

Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders

Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities

Supervision skill to observe material at shop floor and keep in well manner place at safe area Experience for Logistic operation work.( searching proper/Economical logistic operation ,



documentation co-ordination , co-ordination skill from company till delivery at client place.)

Logistic Documentation skills like packing list, insurance if required etc.

Basic QC Skill for Inward and out ward material for preparing the GRN ) Report submission regarding Analysis for misplace item and weekly and monthly basis

Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally. Managing and training store staff.

Team work , Team building and Retention of team

Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time Requisite Skills MS office skills. i.e. MS Excel.

Relevant Experience

Minimum 3 years from Store / Logistic field in industrial product Monthly Salary (CTC) 22000 - 26000 Total Experience 4-5 Years Will travel?
