The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with storage administration, backup technologies, virtualization, cloud storage, and disaster recovery in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Implement and manage backup strategies for business-critical infrastructure.
Perform regular backup, restore, and recovery operations.
Manage SAN/NAS storage environments and storage provisioning.
Monitor storage utilization, performance, and capacity planning.
Configure and administer backup solutions and storage arrays.
Work with VMware environments and virtual machine backups.
Perform tape management, backup verification, and disaster recovery testing.
Troubleshoot storage, backup,
and recovery-related issues.
Ensure compliance with security, backup retention, and recovery policies.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams during migrations and upgrades.
