Job Summary

Prodigy Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Store (Logistics) Executive to manage billing operations, inventory records, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, store management, dispatch coordination, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and verify invoices, delivery challans, E-way Bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain stock records, inventory registers, and store documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for timely dispatches.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.




- Prepare daily MIS reports related to billing, inventory, and logistics.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Support warehouse and logistics operations as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in billing, store management, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of GST billing, E-way Bills, inventory management, and dispatch documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
