Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 support for Storage systems (HP Storage, EVA).

- Monitor and manage backup operations using Dell NetVault and other backup tools.

- Perform backup scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution.

- Execute data restore requests and recovery activities.

- Conduct backup and recovery testing to ensure data integrity.

- Monitor storage utilization and assist in capacity planning.

- Handle incident/service requests as per SLA.

- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes (incident/change/request).

Technical and Qualified Requirements





- Basic knowledge of Storage Administration (HP Storage, EVA)

- Hands-on exposure to Backup tools (Dell NetVault / Backup Technologies)

- Understanding of backup recovery concepts

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and logs analysis

- Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy)
