We are looking for an experienced Storage and Backup Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise storage, backup, and recovery infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with storage administration, backup technologies, virtualization, cloud storage, and disaster recovery in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage backup strategies for business-critical infrastructure.
- Perform regular backup, restore, and recovery operations.
- Manage SAN/NAS storage environments and storage provisioning.
- Monitor storage utilization, performance, and capacity planning.
- Configure and administer backup solutions and storage arrays.
- Work with VMware environments and virtual machine backups.
- Perform tape management, backup verification, and disaster recovery testing.
- Troubleshoot storage, backup,
and recovery-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, backup retention, and recovery policies.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams during migrations and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with SAN, NAS, and storage virtualization.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
