About the job

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present the company's services professionally.
Maintain a database of calls and follow up on generated leads.
Provide accurate information about the company's services and respond to client queries.
Use Microsoft Excel to track and analyze call data, including conversion rates and sales performance.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and maximize conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales closures.
Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

Probation:

Variable pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 /year
