Role Overview
This is a field engineering and telecom project management role focused on network rollout, deployment execution, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of telecom rollout activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, field deployment engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in telecom field operations and deployment projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom project field management.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing RAN rollout and swap projects involving Nokia technologies.
Preferred Skills
Project Management experience in telecom deployment environments.
Direct customer management and stakeholder engagement experience.
Quality Management knowledge and implementation experience.
