Company Located at Detroj, Ahmedabad

Experience Minimum 4–5 years of relevant industrial safety experience.

Qualification PDIS + BE/ MSc (Chemical, Mechanical Etc.)

Role & Responsibility
Ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) laws, client requirements, and company safety policies.
Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify and eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Implement and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities.
Carry out HIRA, JSA, Develop SOP, PSM and recommend suitable control measures.
Conduct safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses,



and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident reports, and statutory records.
Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
Participate in emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and first-response coordination.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to achieve safety objectives.
Promote a proactive safety culture through regular communication and employee engagement.
