Senior B2B Enterprise Sales Manager (BFSI)

About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business growth within the BFSI sector (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, MFIs, and Digital Lenders). The role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

n

• Generate and qualify leads within BFSI accounts.

n

• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers.

n

• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.

n

• Prepare proposals, commercials, and business cases.

n

• Manage negotiations, procurement processes, and contract closures.

n

• Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and forecasting.

n

• Use Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other sales tools for outbound prospecting.

n

Requirements

n

• 3–6 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience.

n

• Minimum 2+ years of experience selling to Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies.

n





• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.

n

• Robust skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

n

• Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools.

n

• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

n

Preferred

n

• Experience selling SaaS, workflow, compliance, or enterprise solutions.

n

• Understanding of BFSI processes, collections, grievance redressal, or compliance.

n
