: Stibo STEP Developer and Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP Developer to design, develop, and maintain Product Information Management (PIM) solutions using Stibo Systems STEP. The role focuses on technical configuration, integration, customization, and performance optimization of STEP to support enterprise product data management and omnichannel initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Stibo STEP PIM including data models, workflows, business rules, and validation rules
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Conduct system demos, user training, and UAT support
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
- Design STEP data models, hierarchies, workflows, and governance processes
- Translate business requirements into STEP functional and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain scripts, and custom functionality (JavaScript / Java where applicable)




- Design and implement data import/export processes (XML, CSV, APIs)
- Build and maintain integrations with ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and downstream systems
- Support product data onboarding, enrichment, and governance processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve STEP-related defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts and consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust hands-on experience with Stibo Systems STEP PIM
- Experience with STEP modules such as Product MDM, Workflow, Business Rules, and Integration
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, and scripting
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
- Understanding of data modeling and master data management concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
