We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Steward/Waiter to provide excellent dining service and ensure a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate should be courteous, well-groomed, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.

- Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen/POS.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.

- Address guest queries and resolve minor complaints politely, escalating issues when required.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service.

- Clear tables and reset them according to restaurant standards.

- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Promote menu items, daily specials, and suggestive selling to increase guest satisfaction and sales.

- Handle bills and payments accurately when assigned.

- Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.





- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Shift In-Charge.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Hospitality qualification preferred).

- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, QSR, or hotel is preferred.

- Freshers with a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items when required.
