Role Description The STEM Outreach Educator for the FLOW Bus Team is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves traveling with the FLOW Bus to partner schools, delivering engaging STEM sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to students. The educator will plan lessons aligned with curriculum goals, set up and manage lab equipment, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment during all sessions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with school staff, adapting teaching methods for different age groups, collecting feedback from participants,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of outreach programs. The educator will also support training initiatives, assist in developing new activity modules, and represent Edodwaja’s mission to stakeholders and communities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience facilitating STEM learning for school-age students.

Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design structured, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned activities.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, school staff, and team members.

Candidates should possess Training skills to guide students in using lab equipment safely and to support peer educators or volunteers.

Relevant academic background in STEM fields (such as science, engineering, or technology) is preferred.

Experience in experiential or outreach-based education, particularly in a school or community setting, is an advantage.

Ability to travel locally with the FLOW Bus, manage mobile lab logistics, and work flexible hours as needed.

Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching are highly valued.
