Maintain and run the science & STEM labs set up in our partner schools, and build the capacity of school teachers to conduct lab sessions independently.

Key Responsibilities 1) Visit each assigned school 1–2 times a month as per a fixed monthly travel plan

- Verify that the lab is set up, accessible, and in use as intended
- Conduct demonstration sessions with students using the lab kits and models
- Handhold and coach teachers on conducting lab activities on their own — sit through their sessions and give on-the-spot support
- Physically check every kit, model and instrument for working condition; identify damaged, missing or non-functional items
- Maintain the lab inventory, consumables and stock register; raise timely replenishment requests
- Carry out minor repairs and setup corrections on site
- Submit a school-wise monthly report with usage data, teacher and student participation, material status and photographs




- Coordinate with Head Teachers, CRC/BRC officials and the programme team Eligibility 1) B.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry / Biology / General Science (B.Ed. an added advantage)
- 0–3 years experience; freshers with a genuine interest in hands-on science are welcome
- Fluent in Gujarati (essential); working Hindi/English for reporting
- Comfortable with practical, hands-on work and school-level teaching
- Basic computer skills — MS Excel, Word, mobile-based reporting
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (essential — inter-school travel)
- Should be based in or willing to relocate to the Halol area Compensation

₹20,000 per month + travel allowance.
