BRICKS 4 KIDZ Bengaluru East is seeking a dedicated Education Specialist to facilitate our proprietary, hands-on learning programs. As a key member of our team, you will utilize our specialized LEGO®-based methodology to introduce students (ages 3–13) to foundational concepts in engineering, physics, and robotics. This role combines classroom instruction with strategic community engagement to support the continued growth of our programs across East Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Facilitation: Execute structured, hands-on STEM modules using our proprietary curriculum to ensure consistent and high-quality learning outcomes.

Pedagogical Guidance: Facilitate critical thinking and problem-solving by guiding students through complex builds and inquiry-based challenges.

Outreach & Partnership Support: Actively represent BRICKS 4 KIDZ at school demonstrations, open houses, and community events to build and maintain relationships with educational partners.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a professional, safe, and organized classroom environment that promotes student engagement and active participation.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, professional updates to parents regarding student development, milestones, and classroom observations.

Marketing Support:



Capture high-quality documentation of classroom activities to support social media marketing and parent engagement initiatives.

Professional Requirements

Instructional Aptitude: Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and connect with students in a positive, motivating manner.

Adaptive Learning: A robust intellectual curiosity. While a background in Engineering is not required, the ability to rapidly master and internalize our proprietary teaching methodology is essential.

Communication Excellence: Proficient in articulating complex concepts simply and maintaining professional correspondence with parents and partners.

Logistical Reliability: Must be based in or near Whitefield with reliable transportation to facilitate sessions across East Bengaluru.

Tenure Commitment: A minimum tenure of 6 months is required to ensure program continuity and stability for our students.
