The team values leaders who can turn store operations into reliable revenue, consistent service, and repeatable performance. The role sits in an environment where the store is the core business engine, so success depends on owning day-to-day execution, developing people, and keeping standards high across customer service, inventory discipline, visual presentation, and sales productivity. The ideal manager will be comfortable balancing customer experience with business targets and will know how to use structure, coaching, and simple operating rhythms to keep the store running well.

About the Role The Store Manager owns the full performance of the retail location, from customer experience and team leadership to sales delivery and operational control. This role is responsible for keeping the store aligned to business targets, maintaining service standards, and making sure every shift runs smoothly. The manager will use daily floor leadership, people coaching, stock discipline, and performance tracking to drive outcomes that matter to the business. Success in this role means creating a store that is consistently well-run, commercially strong, and trusted by both customers and the wider team. Key Responsibilities

Own store-level sales performance by translating targets into clear daily actions, monitoring progress closely, and closing gaps early so the location consistently delivers against plan.

Lead and coach the store team through structured routines, on-the-floor guidance, and feedback that improves productivity, service quality, and accountability across shifts.

Maintain high standards in customer experience by ensuring staff follow service expectations, resolve issues quickly, and create a smooth buying journey that builds repeat visits.

Control inventory movement and stock accuracy through disciplined checks, replenishment tracking, and escalation of issues that could affect availability, shrinkage, or sales.

Protect store presentation and operating standards by ensuring visual merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and compliance are consistently maintained throughout the day.

Review daily and weekly business metrics, identify performance trends, and use the data to improve conversion, average transaction value, staffing effectiveness, and execution quality.

Coordinate with support functions and leadership to solve operational issues, keep the store ready for trade, and ensure the location remains commercially reliable.

Build a positive team culture that supports retention, ownership, and robust execution, especially during busy periods, staffing gaps, or changing store priorities.
