Job Purpose - Leading the implementation of EHS practices and requirements at construction site, exiting sites. Key focus area is risk assessment, implementation of Envision QEHS guidelines, customer QEHS requirements and Global standard requirements.

Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical. Having experience in handling infrastructure projects / wind projects / solar projects
Mandatory Trainings:
GWO Certified in Work at Height / Manual Handling / First Aid / Fire Awareness
Key Deliverables/ Outcomes
- Ensuring the implementation of Envision EHS guidelines at various phase of Projects Execution.
- Monitoring, updating, review and auditing of the Company EHS Systems
- Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health,
Safety and Workplace at work.
- Handling customer due diligence related to EHS at Envision
- Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
- Takes part in accident / incident investigation and carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
- Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
- Performs Risk Assessment and suggests solutions for handling QEHS related issues based on own knowledge
- Imparting training to internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractor personnel on Envision EHS practices
- Taking care of Projects EHS documentation and sharing same within time with all the stakeholders (e.g. sales, projects, customers, subcontractors etc)
EHS reporting as per Envision procedure and frequency
