Role Description The Stall Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and detailing exhibition stalls and booths that reflect client brand guidelines and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing stall layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings; coordinating with internal teams and vendors on materials, dimensions, and fabrication requirements; and revising designs based on client feedback. The role involves preparing presentation-ready design concepts,



ensuring designs are feasible within budget and time constraints, and supporting on-site execution when needed to ensure accurate implementation.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Ability to create stall layouts, 3D designs, and detailed technical drawings suitable for fabrication and installation.

- Skill in translating client briefs and brand guidelines into creative, functional stall concepts for exhibitions and events.

- Experience collaborating with fabrication teams, suppliers, and project managers to ensure design quality and practicality.

- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., 3D modeling tools, CAD, graphic design applications) would be beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- Effective communication skills and comfort presenting ideas and design options to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Prior experience in exhibition stall design, environmental graphics, or spatial design is an advantage.

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
