- Freshers to 3 years experience

- Customer success, Knowledge on Windows, Knowledge of MS word, Excel, PPT, Computer Hardware and FTP Networking

- Thorough knowledge of (or eagerness to learn about) the company’s products and their capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a team.

- Active problem solving and analytical skills

- Customer focus and ability to perform under pressure and work in rotational shifts.

- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in easy terms.

- Responsibilities:-

- Along with the Customer Success Manager, own the overall relationship with customer base, which includes: initial onboarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.

- Customer’s first point of contact – work directly with internal team to help improve Product experiences (feature requests, improvements, bugs)

- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.

- Help customers to maximize the value of company’s product with absolute knowledge of the product

- Identify opportunities/ challenges for growth by relaying information back to concerned stakeholders





- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with concerned stakeholders.

- Assist to monitor customer health through available metrics and assessment and carry out follow-up actions as necessary

- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring a smooth experience 24/7
