- Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager with 6–7 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, drive recruitment strategies, manage client requirements, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates across IT and non-IT positions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US recruiters.

Allocate requirements and monitor team performance.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs.

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.





Ensure quality submissions and meet client SLAs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, account managers, and vendors.

Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and closures.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation.

Resolve recruitment challenges and improve hiring efficiency.
