Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and registered Staff Nurses to join accredited healthcare facilities in India and the UAE. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, administer medications, monitor clinical outcomes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.

Key Responsibilities

⚬ Provide comprehensive direct patient care in specialized or general wards, ICUs, or outpatient clinics.

⚬ Monitor, record, and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions.

⚬ Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments strictly following physician orders and safety protocols.

⚬ Assist physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.

⚬ Maintain accurate, real-time electronic medical records (EMR) and physical charts.

⚬ Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medication plans, and wellness maintenance.





⚬ Ensure strict compliance with hospital infection control policies, patient safety standards, and regional healthcare regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications For India Openings:

⚬ Education: B.Sc. in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.

⚬ Licensure: Valid State Nursing Council registration in India.

⚬ Experience: 0 to 5+ years of clinical nursing experience (fresh graduates and experienced candidates welcomed).

For UAE Openings

⚬ Education: B.Sc. in Nursing (4-year degree) preferred.

⚬ Licensure: Valid license or eligibility letter from DHA (Dubai Health Authority), MOH (Ministry of Health), or DoH/HAAD (Abu Dhabi).

⚬ Experience: Minimum 2 years of active clinical hospital experience post-graduation.

⚬ Language: Professional working proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
