- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Decision Science, or Applied Machine Learning.
- Solid hands-on experience across assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotions, or demand planning analytics.
- Deep expertise in statistics, experimentation design, causal inference, and predictive modeling. • Advanced proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience building and deploying models in cloud-based, large-scale production environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with significant cross-functional business impact
