Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for Clients.

Drive new client acquisition and build long-term partnerships

Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)

Collaborate with recruitment & delivery teams for successful execution

Track market trends and competitor insights Requirements 5-10 years of experience in sales / business development

Strong knowledge of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed services)

Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
