Role Description The Sr. SEO Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for planning and executing advanced SEO strategies to drive organic growth for a diverse client portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include performing in-depth keyword research, optimizing on-page elements (content, meta tags, internal linking, site architecture), and overseeing high-quality link building initiatives.

The role involves conducting comprehensive SEO audits, identifying technical and content-related issues, and collaborating with development and content teams to implement improvements. The Sr. SEO Executive will monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools, prepare reports and insights for clients,



and coordinate with social media and PPC teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns.

This position also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous process improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in core SEO skills, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.

Hands-on experience with Link Building, focusing on ethical, high-authority backlinks and outreach-based off-page SEO tactics.

Capability to perform detailed SEO Audits and recommend technical, content, and structural optimizations based on clear findings.

Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and its role in supporting overall SEO and digital visibility.

Experience using major SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar).

Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and present actionable insights to stakeholders or clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail and the ability to document processes and strategies clearly.

Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment; senior-level responsibility is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
