Role Description The Sr. Executive – Sustainability is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for driving and implementing the company’s sustainability strategies and initiatives. This role involves developing and monitoring sustainability programs related to environmental impact, social responsibility, and ethical sourcing across the supply chain.

The Sr. Executive will collect and analyze sustainability data, prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, and support certifications and compliance with relevant standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sourcing, production, quality,



and CSR teams, engaging with community partners and self-help groups, and identifying opportunities to reduce carbon footprint and improve resource efficiency.

The role also supports awareness and training programs on sustainability practices and contributes to continuous improvement of sustainability performance.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of sustainability, ESG frameworks, and environmental management, including topics such as carbon footprint reduction, resource efficiency, and circular economy.

Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to sustainability metrics, audits, and compliance with standards or certifications (e.g., ISO, environmental or social certifications).

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with community stakeholders, and manage field-level initiatives in sourcing and CSR activities.

Solid communication and documentation skills to prepare reports, presentations, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Social Work, Agriculture, Management, or a related field.

Prior experience in sustainability or CSR roles within manufacturing, agro-based, or FMCG sectors is highly beneficial.

Willingness to travel to sourcing regions and project sites as required.
