Role Description The Sr. Executive – Tour Operations is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru/Chennai responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day tour operations. This includes planning itineraries, confirming bookings with hotels and transport providers, liaising with houseboat and cruise partners, and ensuring all services meet company quality standards.

The role involves monitoring operational efficiency, resolving service issues, handling guest queries,



and providing timely support to travelers and partner agencies. The Sr. Executive will also prepare operational reports, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.

The position requires proactive oversight of ongoing tours, close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee end-to-end tour planning, coordination, and execution.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review performance, optimize routes and itineraries, and resolve operational challenges.
- Relevant experience in tour operations, travel agency or hospitality management, preferably within South India or similar markets.
- Knowledge of local destinations, logistics planning, and vendor management, with the ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reservation/booking systems; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
