To manage Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, Trade and Corporate Action booking for a US based Asset Manager.
This role demands candidate that can work across a range of tasks simultaneously and can work independently with minimal instruction. Working hours vary depending on the markets the fund manager operates.
- The role involves end to end lifecycle management of Leveraged Exchange traded Funds (ETFs) and Mutual fund NAV calculation.
- Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit of the products.
- Book and Reconcile Trade, Corporate action and Journal entries with Broker/Custody Statements on a daily, Monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Preparation of Trial Balance, Balance sheet and its analysis
- Maintain Excel models of individual funds and reconcile if in line with the accounting system.
- Prepare Monthly,
Semi Annual, Annual audit statements and liaise with external auditors on queries.
- Prepare Investor Documents like Key Investor Document (KID), Final Terms, Fact Sheets and Supplementary Trust Deed.
- Prepare Regulatory News Services (RNS) Announcement documents for issuer related actions like Stock split, Currency Change, and Index Change.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop positive internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic.
