Role Description The Sr.

Construction Project Management

Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within the academy’s industrial and training initiatives. This position manages project lifecycle activities including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical and operational issues. The engineer will contribute to process improvement, support development of project management methodologies,



and may assist in mentoring junior engineers and trainees. The role also includes preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients, and supporting product and service innovation in construction project management practices.

- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities for evaluating project data, risks, and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
