(JD):

The subject teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction to students of Grade 11th and 12th (Science stream) aligned with the Gujarat Board curriculum and JEE/NEET competitive exam standards. The faculty is expected to create an engaging learning environment and actively contribute to student development.

Key Roles & Duties:

- Deliver subject content as per board and competitive exam syllabus.
- Conduct JEE/NEET-level conceptual and numerical sessions.
- Prepare and execute detailed lesson plans.
- Maintain updated study materials, question banks, and practice tests.
- Assess student performance through weekly/monthly tests and analyse results.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions for individual and group learning.
- Maintain academic discipline and monitor class performance.
- Coordinate with academic heads for curriculum planning and improvement.




- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic events.
- Use smart technology and teaching aids for effective learning delivery.
