Location: APAC-India-IT Delivery Center Hyderabad

Description In this role, you will work within a team of software developers to help integrate machine learning algorithms into rapid, reliable software modules, services, and libraries that can run in the cloud. You will interface and collaborate with machine learning engineers, software engineers, and various stakeholders to deliver production-ready software for use at Align in accordance with software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical insight to help make architecture and design decisions for AI/ML services
- Create fast/reliable implementations using a variety of tools (primarily Python and AWS)
- Suggest and develop new and emerging technologies
- Closely collaborate with machine learning engineers, SQA, data engineers, and other internal teams
- Improve existing source code with an emphasis on performance, testing, and deployment

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise In this role, you’ll need…

- 6-10 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with object-oriented Python
- Experience AWS (EC2, lambda functions, S3,



SQS and others)
- Experience using version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Bamboo or equivalent)
- Experience with software architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with Kafka and REST APIs
- Familiarity with C++, Java, or another strictly typed language
- Some familiarity with machine learning algorithms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
