Roles And Responsibilities

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for some of the top brands in the country
- Conduct keyword research and develop robust roadmap for the client
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization, Identify key SEO KPIs
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

Requirements

- Should have handled big clients individually and as a team.
- Should be able to lead a larger team and train them according to their skills. Provide valuable feedback on their growth and a development plan for their career.
- Attend all project/client onboarding calls and be able to handle the calls individually.




- Do quality checks of the work done by the team and provide feedback to improve the

efficiency.
- Conduct training on a regular basis to keep the team up to date on the domain.
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS office.
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO, digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in SEO
- Knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Well versed with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahref, SEMRush, Accuranker, etc
- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Positive Team player and team manager
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Any bachelor’s degree, preferable in marketing or similar relevant field
