Contract Duration: 04 Months Contract

- SAP GTS Functional Consultant (E4H)
- MUST have 10+ years of experience in SAP GTS (Global Trade and Services)
- Location: Remote
- Working hours: (Aug, Sep, October, Feb, March: IST Working Hours) (Nov, Dec, Jan, Apr, May, June: Korea OR Australia working hours)
- The candidate must have experience across all SAP GTS workstreams, including Trade Compliance, Customs Management, and Customs Broker Integration, with Customs Broker Integration being a required component of their Customs Management expertise.
- Must have completed at least two full lifecycle SAP GTS E4H implementations; rollout projects alone will not meet this requirement.
- Must have hands-on experience with SAP GTS E4H specifically; SAP GTS Classic/ECC experience without substantial E4H expertise will not be considered sufficient.
- GTS (Global Trade and Service) Edition for HANA Functional having 10+ years of experience working with large scale or GTS E4H implementation projects

Job title: SAP GTS Functional Consultant (E4H)

- We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS E4H Functional Consultant to lead and deliver end to end solutions and rollout programs. The role requires deep hands on configuration expertise, strong business process knowledge, and proven experience working in complex, integrated S/4 landscapes with multiple workstreams and external systems.
- The consultant will act as a functional SME, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to design, build, test, and deploy scalable GTS solutions aligned with global templates and regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities GTS E4H: Solution Design & Delivery

- Deliver end to end SAP GTS objects for APAC.




- Drive AS IS / TO BE process discussions, fit gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
- Configure and support GTS components including:

Trade Compliance Management

- Configure and support SAP GTS E4H Trade Compliance processes.

Implement and maintain:

- Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
- Embargo Checks
- License Determination and Management
- Trade compliance monitoring and audit reporting.

Customs Management

- Deliver SAP GTS Customs Management implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and support customs declaration processes for APAC.
- Ensure seamless customs filing and reporting in accordance with local regulatory requirements.

Manage:

- Customs Procedures
- Customs Documentation
- Customs Forms
- Customs Output Types
- Customs Duty Management
- Import and Export Declaration Processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define compliance requirements and translate them into SAP GTS solutions.

Customs Broker Integration

- Design and implement integrations between SAP GTS and third-party Customs Broker systems.
- Enable automated transmission of customs documents and declaration data to customs authorities and broker platforms.
- Support EDI/API/XML-based communication frameworks for customs processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues with customs brokers and external systems.

Integration & Cross Module Collaboration

Work closely with:

- MM – S2P process
- OTC

Integrate SAP GTS E4H with:

- SAP S/4 HANA
- SAP ECC
- External Customs Systems





Build, Test & Deployment

- Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDD/FSD) and interface specifications.
- Support and lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
- Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for WRICEF developments.
- Ensure adherence to global template standards while supporting local legal and business requirements.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

- Act as a trusted functional advisor to business and IT leadership.
- Coordinate with partners, offshore/onshore teams, and regional business users.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for AMS and support teams.
- Support defect resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP GTS Functional Expertise

Mandatory

- 10+ years of hands on SAP GTS E4H experience.
- Strong SAP GTS E4H implementation experience (at least three or more full lifecycle).
