Sr QA Engineer Control of quality and Procedure Audits The "Frontline Quality Guardian " and "Process Validation Specialist " of our plastic manufacturing operations is the QA Senior Engineer in Injection Moulding. Your main responsibility is to supervise shift/-level product integrity, carrying out strict inspection procedures from the receipt of raw plastic resin to the packing of the finished product. As the "Shop/-Floor Quality Champion, " you directly oversee laboratory testing, in/-process boundary control, and first/-part approvals.

Managing immediate hazards such as component dimensions deviating from specifications, cosmetic molding defects, and gauge handling errors among inspectors, this position is at the core of everyday production.

Responsibilities First/-Part Approval & In/-Process Audit Controls/: Only authorize line production runs when parts satisfy blueprint requirements. Perform structural first/-part inspection procedures at the beginning of each shift or following a mold changeover.

Moulding Defect

Resolution & Containment/: Work with production operators to safely adjust process s by identifying and diagnosing physical part faults on the floor, such as short moulds, flash, sink marks, warpage, weld lines, and silver streaks. Governance of Quarantine and Red/-Bin Areas/:



Take comprehensive control of the Material Review Board MRB and quarantine zones on the floor, making sure that non/-conforming lots are fully segregated, tagged, sorted, or trashed with unambiguous tracing records.

Precision

Metrology & Lab Testing/: To perform standard part and material verifications, set up and operate high/-quality laboratory equipment, such as profile projectors, digital height gauges, melt flow indexers MFI, and moisture analyzers.

Skills/: Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and technical resins PP, ABS, PC, PA6/66, POM and how variations in holding pressure, melt temperatures, or injection speeds affect final product dimensions. Metrology and GD&T; Blueprint Literacy/: The ability to apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GD&T; rules to establish accurate inspection baselines while reading multi/-view engineering drawings.

Practical

Root/-Cause Analysis Tools/: Excellent execution skills in tracking shop/-floor problems using common problem/-solving techniques such 5/-Why, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto charts.
