? Experience: 5+ Years About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer (ETL & Data Testing) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in software testing with a focus on ETL, data validation, SQL, and basic automation. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, validating complex data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform ETL and data validation testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Validate data transformations, integrations, and load processes.
- Write SQL queries for data validation and verification.
- Develop and maintain basic automation scripts using Python for data comparison and regression testing.
- Support integration of automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
- Test BI reports and dashboards for functionality and data accuracy.
- Track defects, maintain test documentation, and provide regular testing updates.




- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve testing productivity and efficiency.

Required

Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing with exposure to ETL/Data Testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL testing and data validation.
- Familiarity with Python and Selenium for automation testing.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud fundamentals.
- Experience testing Power BI reports or other BI tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Good to Have:

Experience with Microsoft Fabric.

Understanding of Lakehouse and Data Warehouse concepts.

Knowledge of incremental data loading processes.
