Role Description The Sr. PR Executive role is a full-time position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves developing and executing PR strategies, drafting and distributing press releases, and managing day-to-day media outreach and follow-ups. The Sr. PR Executive will build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, preparing reports, supporting crisis communication efforts, and coordinating with internal teams on messaging and content.



The role also includes participating in client meetings, contributing to campaign ideas, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience handling press interactions and securing coverage.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing and Press Releases expertise, including the ability to craft clear, compelling, and accurate content under deadlines.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present ideas, brief stakeholders, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Relevant experience in PR agencies, brand communication, or corporate communications, preferably at a senior or client-facing level.
- Ability to plan and execute PR campaigns, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, media monitoring tools, and basic reporting/analytics for PR performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
