- The candidate will be responsible for team management, SLA adherence, quality control, and client coordination to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Lead non-voice legal due diligence operations and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity targets
- Manage, coach, and develop Team Leaders/Floor Supervisors/Associates
- Review operational performance through MIS and dashboards
- Manage client communication and operational escalations
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Training and QC teams .
