Job Summary The Country Sales Lead – India will lead business growth across the India and APAC regions by driving new customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, and regional revenue delivery for Lowe’s Commerce Solutions. The role will build and scale regional sales organizations, establish strong market presence,



and position Lowe’s Commerce Solutions as a trusted commerce technology and retail transformation partner globally.

Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities:

- Own regional revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets across Americas.
- Develop territory and country-level GTM plans.
- Build enterprise pipeline across retail, ecommerce, logistics, and commerce sectors.
- Drive new logo acquisition and account growth.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
- Build relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Lead account executives, SDRs, and partner-led motions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Collaborate with partnerships and marketing teams for demand generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer opportunities

Years Of Experience

- Minimum 12 years in enterprise B2B sales.
- 5+ years leading regional sales teams.
- Strong experience in Americas market.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
