We are looking for an experienced

Production Senior Manager to lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and productive manufacturing while driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. The role involves production planning, team leadership, process optimization, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to achieve business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute production plans based on projected sales.

- Ensure production follows approved procedures, BPCRs, SOPs, and quality standards.

- Manage Quality Management System activities, including change controls, deviations, investigations, and CAPA.

- Ensure timely completion of production documentation and operational records.

- Plan and maintain raw material and consumable inventory.

- Prepare shift schedules, approve leave/shift changes, and manage workforce deployment.

- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, yield enhancement, and capacity utilization.

- Monitor housekeeping, plant safety, equipment usage, and operational compliance.

- Plan plant shutdown activities, modifications, maintenance support, and team development.

- Ensure proper handling of effluents, hazardous waste, and environmental compliance.





- Prepare and monitor budgets for raw materials, solvent recovery, and production yield.

- Define KRAs, review team performance, coach employees, and identify training needs.

- Recruit skilled manpower and foster a positive, high-performance work culture.

- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, QC, EHS, Supply Chain, Purchase, HR, and Accounts for seamless operations.

Requirements

- Experience:

15–20 years in production/manufacturing management.

- Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

- Strong expertise in production planning, process optimization, quality systems, safety, inventory management, and team leadership.

- Hands-on experience with GMP, QMS, CAPA, investigations, SAP, MS Office, 5S, and productivity improvement tools.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, basic chemistry, and operational troubleshooting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum

15 years of experience in production management.

- Preferred industries

API, Chemicals, and process manufacturing with strong manufacturing systems.
