We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager / AGM Technical Training to drive technical capability development and enhance job readiness of production employees across manufacturing units. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring technical training programs, ensuring training effectiveness, and supporting productivity enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.

- Ensure complete technical training coverage across the Production department.

- Manage end-to-end New Joinee Induction Program in coordination with QA, HR, and Administration teams.

- Deliver classroom training sessions and facilitate on-the-job training.

- Conduct process demonstrations, equipment handling training, and refresher programs.

- Develop training modules, SOP-based learning materials, and instructional content.

- Monitor training compliance and analyze training coverage effectiveness.





- Coordinate with STC and other stakeholders for regulatory and compliance training.

- Prepare and execute annual/monthly Technical Training Calendars.

- Publish periodic training completion dashboards and MIS reports.

- Assess training effectiveness and share feedback with relevant stakeholders.

- Drive productivity enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.

- Significant experience in Production Training, Learning & Development, or Manufacturing Operations within the Pharmaceutical/API industry.

- Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and manufacturing processes.

- Experience in classroom training, competency development, and instructional design.

- Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
