Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices. The role requires technical leadership, architectural decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.

- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and enterprise applications.

- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

- Mentor and guide development teams on coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.

Technical Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Java application development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

- Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

- Experience with low-latency, high-throughput applications.

- Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.

- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.

- Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
