Graphics

Designer role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves leading the creation of visual concepts for brands, including marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and social media content. The Sr.

Graphics

Designer will collaborate with branding, web, and marketing teams to develop cohesive design systems, refine brand identities, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing designs, overseeing layout and typography,



guiding junior designers, and presenting design ideas and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients. The role also includes staying current with design trends, optimizing designs for multiple platforms, and contributing to creative strategy and project execution.

Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a proven ability to create visually compelling, brand-aligned concepts.

Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and evolving brand identities and visual systems.

Proficiency in Typography, layout, and composition, with attention to detail and readability across digital and print formats.

Advanced command of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).

Demonstrated experience in leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing multiple deadlines.

Robust portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital, print, and branding projects.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to clients and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience working within an agency or consultancy environment is a plus.
