- Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc. requirements
- Quality Manual
- Process models such as CMM, CMMI and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
- Implementation of ‘Brigade Standards of Excellence’
- Identify Quality certifications linked to Organizational strategy and provide inputs to the Head – Planning, Quality &
- Systems
- Conduct quality audits along with external agencies.
- Prepare reports as per approved inspection and test plans
- Assist in the smooth migration of all legacy systems & processes (including QMS) to SAP
- Work closely with all Internal Departments to address integration issues
- Work closely with the Manager – Training to coordinate training of employees across Departments on EHS regulations & standards
- Maintain a database of all EHS documents, notifications, inspection & audit documents, certifications and other related documentation
- Lead the development of periodic Department MIS

Qualification
- BE in Civil w ith 5 + years of experience with at least 5 years’ experience in the Quality &
- Business Excellence Function within the Real Estate industry
