Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage all phases of STP project execution - from design to commissioning.
- Prepare technical specifications, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;).
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for recent and existing projects.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and documentation.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of STP systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.




- Support operation and maintenance teams post-commissioning, as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum [5 - 10] years of experience in STP or wastewater treatment projects.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (MBR, SBR, ASP, etc.).
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., CPCB, MoEF guidelines).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other engineering tools.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
